Bianca Harris
Bianca Harris is a breathwork facilitator, educator, and the founder of Holistic Breath Academy. With a background in yoga, meditation, nervous system regulation, and holistic breathwork, she has guided thousands of students through transformative breathing practices both online and in person. Bianca is passionate about making breathwork accessible, practical, and rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern understanding. Her teaching style blends depth, warmth, and authenticity, creating spaces where students can reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and experience the profound impact of the breath.
